      \ud83d\udccb BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS<\/h5>
      1. All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed once the required payment has been received and written confirmation has been issued.<\/li>
      2. Full payment or an agreed deposit may be required at the time of booking. Any outstanding balance must be paid by the date specified in the booking confirmation.<\/li>
      3. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Any applicable cancellation charges and refund arrangements will be explained before booking.<\/li>
      4. The guide reserves the right to cancel, postpone or modify an excursion due to severe weather, unsafe conditions, unforeseen circumstances or other safety concerns.<\/li>
      5. Where the guide cancels an excursion before departure, participants will normally be offered an alternative date or a refund of the tour fee.<\/li>
      6. Walking routes, timings and destinations may be adjusted according to weather, ground conditions, accessibility and group safety.<\/li>
      7. Participants must ensure that their fitness, health and mobility are appropriate for the advertised walk. Any relevant medical or mobility concerns should be discussed confidentially with the guide before booking.<\/li>
      8. Participants are responsible for bringing suitable walking footwear, waterproof clothing, warm layers, food, snacks, water and any personal medication.<\/li>
      9. Participants should arrive at the designated meeting point at least 10\u201315 minutes before the scheduled departure time.<\/li>
      10. Participants are expected to follow reasonable safety instructions, respect fellow walkers and comply with the Scottish Outdoor Access Code.<\/li>
      11. Participants are strongly encouraged to arrange appropriate personal accident and travel insurance. Any insurance provided by the tour operator will be identified separately.<\/li><\/ol>

        Outdoor Walking Risks: <\/strong>Scottish moorlands and hills are natural environments with inherent risks, including uneven terrain, slippery surfaces, boggy ground, steep slopes and rapidly changing weather.<\/p>

        Weather & Safety Decisions: <\/strong>The guide will assess conditions and may change the route, turn back or cancel the activity where necessary for safety.<\/p>

        Participant Responsibilities:<\/strong> All participants are expected to:<\/p>

        • \u2022\tFollow reasonable instructions from the guide.<\/li>
        • \u2022\tWear suitable footwear and weather-appropriate clothing.<\/li>
        • \u2022\tCarry sufficient food, water and personal medication.<\/li>
        • \u2022\tStay with the group unless otherwise agreed.<\/li>
        • \u2022\tInform the guide immediately of any difficulties or concerns.<\/li>
        • \u2022\tRespect wildlife, local communities, farmland and the natural environment.<\/li>
        • Emergency Situations<\/li>
        • In an emergency, the guide will provide assistance within their training and contact the appropriate emergency services where required.<\/li><\/ul>

          Liability & Duty of Care: <\/strong>The guide will take reasonable care in planning and conducting the excursion. Participants acknowledge the inherent risks associated with outdoor walking and agree to take reasonable responsibility for their own actions and preparedness.<\/p>

          Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.<\/p>
